Unfortunately I only really started the blog at the start of easter, due to before that I was more encaged in the pratical work and sketchbook work that had to be completed for my tutors.
We started Unit X of with a presentation from the unit X team during the lecture however I felt that the unit was not really explained well from how it would be different from other projects we have worked on, apart from working with people on the illustration and animation course. The main emphasis of the lecture was looking at using collaboration within are work to create connections, that could be possibly be used to develop your work within industry. Apart from the idea of collaboration and how in the unit x course we will be marked on our blog, I never really got the concept of what we will be doing within our own groups. This was later explained by are tutors in which they have set the work from that initial briefing. It was also useful to see the different workshops and presentations that were on offer however, many of these clashed with are studio time and when we need to present work to our tutors, in particular, some of the quest lectures.
